Review: The Week Behind
For Tuesday night the mats we’re out! Head Instructor Mike Harland lead the club through the long pattern story’s from one to nine. The long pattern story’s are a set of story’s that go with each long pattern. The object of them is for you to visualise that you’re in a real battle as you do your pattern.
For Sunday morning it was just normal casual training. Seven members went through there patterns individually. There was also some arranged sparring done.
